About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated project manager to oversee the transition of our ICT services to a shared services framework. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing an ICT strategy that aligns with our business objectives, leading the transition of ICT services, and providing strategic advice to internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ICT Strategy Development: Develop a comprehensive ICT strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring service continuity, value for money, and a fit-for-purpose solution.
  • Transition Leadership: Lead the transition of ICT services, engaging with business leaders to understand their technology needs and ensuring these are addressed throughout the transition process.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide strategic and practical advice to internal stakeholders across our agency, building strong working relationships between departments.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring the security, reliability, and integrity of our IT systems and data.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically in ICT transitions.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute ICT strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
