Job Opportunity
We are seeking an empowering People Leader with a high-performing mindset to guide and support educators and families within our centre. As Centre Director, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, meeting compliance and financial targets, and creating long-lasting connections with your local community.
About the Role
- Manage the centre's operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Create strategic partnerships with families and local community groups to increase occupancy and promote the centre's services.
- Mentor and support educators to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.
About You
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Experience in a management or leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
