Centre Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Director to lead our team at Milestones Early Learning Ashmont. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting financial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the centre's operations, including staff management, budgeting, and compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and improve centre performance.
- Mentor and support staff to meet and exceed National Quality Standards.
We are looking for a candidate with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification, a current Working with Children's Check, and experience in a management or leadership role. You should also have a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
