This position is an exciting opportunity for a medical professional to join our healthcare team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing supervision to junior doctors and delivering high-quality medical services to patients under the supervision of specialist staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert medical supervision to junior doctors and deliver high-quality patient care in line with hospital standards.
- Participate in a rotational roster that includes days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Work at various hospitals across the region, including Shellharbour Hospital.
- Hold a valid MBBS or equivalent qualification and be currently registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia.
- Demonstrate five years or more postgraduate experience, with a proven ability to supervise junior staff.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Show the ability to work independently and coordinate services across multiple providers.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and teamwork skills.
This role is a key part of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care.
