Care Manager for Elderly Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Calvary Community Care team in Launceston.
As a member of our team, you will deliver high-quality nursing services to meet the needs of our clients and contribute to a positive experience for them while in our care.
About the JobThis is a permanent part-time opportunity that offers a supportive team environment and the chance to progress with purpose at one of Australia's largest healthcare providers.
- You will work within a back-to-base model, supporting our clients across Launceston with their nursing care needs.
- Your main duties will include delivering nursing assessments, clinical care, and evaluations as part of a team.
- You will also support Home Care clients with their clinical needs, including clinical care plan reviews.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA Registration.
- Drivers' license and First Aid Level 2 & CPR certification.
- Passion for delivering clinical care and management to our elderly clients.
