Attracting a high-calibre HR professional is key to unlocking the potential of our business. We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic team and take ownership of the administration of our People & Culture function.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development, with a focus on providing exceptional support to employees across all levels of the business. You will work closely with Project Administrators, Payroll, and Project Teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, external training providers, RTOs, and industry bodies. You will be responsible for managing the HR inbox daily, triaging and responding to queries, and escalating where appropriate.
A key aspect of this role is preparing and issuing employee documentation, including letters of offer, employment contracts, variation letters, and other relevant documents. You will also be responsible for coordinating and delivering efficient administrative support across the People & Culture and Training functions at CMC.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and managing the HR inbox daily, triaging and responding to queries, and escalating where appropriate;
- Preparing and issuing employee documentation including letters of offer, employment contracts, variation letters, and other relevant documents;
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Administration, with experience in managing HR inboxes, preparing employee documentation, and coordinating administrative tasks.
