Job Title: Support & Cleaning Casual Agent

We are seeking a travel enthusiast with a passion for guest service to join our team as a Casual Support & Cleaning Agent in Brisbane.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer satisfaction and maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition by adhering to company standards and client requirements.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning vehicle interiors and exteriors in accordance with company policies and client specifications;
  • Verifying and preparing vans for each booking, including equipping them with necessary items;
  • Performing regular inspections and maintaining accurate records of the vehicle's condition;
  • Moving and parking vans or picking up clients from the airport;
  • Cleaning and maintaining all equipment, extras, and consumables stored at the depot;
  • Delivering and collecting vehicles from repairs and maintenance, or delivering vehicles to specific locations.

Requirements:

  • A valid Driver's license and ability to drive a van (plus);
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, weekends, and national holidays;
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods;
  • An eye for cleanliness and inspection;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Immediate availability.
