This exciting opportunity involves managing key netball partnerships, negotiating contracts, and identifying new opportunities with netball associations, clubs, and schools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Expand brand presence within netball through direct sales and marketing efforts.
  • Negotiate and manage existing netball partnership key accounts.
  • Lead activations to promote and sell GILBERT Netball across various events.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives for GILBERT Netball in Australia.
  • Represent the company at industry events, tournaments, and networking opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced partnerships manager with:

  • Strong partnership management skills, preferably in the sports or retail sector.
  • A deep understanding of netball and its community in Australia.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Passion for sports and the sporting goods industry.
