We are seeking an experienced partnerships manager to drive business development and lead strategic growth initiatives in Australia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage key netball partnership accounts and negotiate contracts.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities with netball associations, clubs, and schools.
  • Exceed sales targets by driving direct sales of netball products and promoting GILBERT Netball at events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the netball community.
  • Represent the company at industry events, tournaments, and networking opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in partnership management, preferably in the sports or retail sector.
  • A strong understanding of netball and its community in Australia.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel domestically as required.
  • A proactive approach with exceptional attention to detail, organisational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with people at all levels, both with our internal team and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience working with SAP is preferred but not essential.
  • A passion for sports and familiarity with the sporting goods industry is a strong plus.
