This team is accountable for reviewing and updating a vast collection of documents in the SES Knowledge Base.

As part of this team, you will focus on standard procedure and policy updates that require minimal stakeholder input.

**Role Overview:**

You will be working closely with volunteers and stakeholders to progress documents through the review to publish process.

This role involves hands-on experience in content creation, document editing and/or knowledge base management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

You will be responsible for:

- Maintaining document management systems and tracking project registers.

- Providing high-level writing skills to simplify complex documentation.

- Participating in consultations and integrating feedback into final products.

- Managing content on various platforms, including user support and help desk services as required.

- Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders regarding project deliverables.

This position requires strong administrative and project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
