About Us

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our Operating Suite team as an Associate Unit Manager.

As an ANUM, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to the department, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.

You will lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership and communication skills, and work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

A typical day will involve working across Theatre Nursing: PACU and Anaesthetics, or Scrub Scout, where you will utilize your expertise to optimize patient outcomes and streamline workflows.

You will be accountable for maintaining the highest standards of nursing practice and adhering to Hospital policies and procedures.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require experience working within the Operating suite, a Division 1 Registered Nurse qualification, and proven leadership abilities.
