This is an excellent opportunity for a school leaver to gain valuable work experience and obtain a Certificate III Business qualification. The position is based in a supportive healthcare team, where you will be employed by Work & Training and work full-time with your host business.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Trainee. As a Business Trainee, you will assist team members, undertake general administration tasks, and develop strong customer service skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where they will be mentored and supported throughout their traineeship. You will receive one-on-one theory training in the workplace, conducted by an experienced trainer, and have the chance to develop your organisational skills, including scheduling and prioritising work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist team members in the day-to-day duties of the host business
  • Provide exceptional customer service, face-to-face and over the phone
  • Undertake general administration tasks, including data entry and filing
  • Develop strong organisational skills, including scheduling and prioritising work
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be confident in your abilities, and have a positive attitude towards work. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
