Technical Leadership Role

This is a highly influential position that requires leading and influencing engineering teams, developing technical roadmaps, and improving the quality of solutions by applying industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead continuous improvement, develop technical roadmaps, and enhance technical solution quality through industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with peers and product owners to document changes and drive initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers; communicate effectively with team members.
  • Participate in all aspects of delivery from solution design and development to production rollout.
  • Contribute to complex delivery planning to align technical deliveries with engineering direction and strategy.
  • Distribute source system data via bulk interfaces; design and document solutions.
  • Challenge the status quo constructively and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Work within secure banking experiences; support payment fraud prevention and privacy controls.
  • Explore AI-driven solutions to enhance engineering workflows and product capabilities.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Full-cycle engineering experience: ideation, technical design, build, testing, release, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Collaborates with team members and helps grow capabilities within the squad and across the crew.
  • Ability to work independently and foster a culture of quality, excellence, and openness.
  • Passion for learning new tools and technologies; innovative thinker.
  • Designs and implements solutions to distribute source system data via bulk interfaces.
  • Experience in delivery planning and governance to ensure alignment with engineering direction and strategy.
  • Ability to constructively challenge the status quo while influencing stakeholders.
  • Tech stack includes .NET Core, C#, Angular; Microservices; Restful API; mobile development (Android Kotlin, iOS Swift); security best practices (OWASP); cloud technology stacks (AWS, with certifications); DevSecOps tooling (GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Jira, Snyk, AppDynamics, Confluence, Cucumber, ServiceNow, Copilot); AI/ML and testing frameworks (Appium, Selenium, Playwright).
