We are seeking a dedicated and caring professional to provide support for a young man with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. This role involves providing personal care, social outings, cooking meals, and cleaning as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing 32 hours of support per week, including weekday and weekend shifts, and overnight sleepovers.
  • Supporting the client on trips and outings throughout the year.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support.
  • Manual handling certificate with hoisting experience.
  • Up-to-date police clearance.
  • NDIS worker screening check.
  • First aid and CPR certificate.
  • Completed NDIS worker orientation module 'Quality, Safety and You'.
  • Fluent English and a valid driver's licence are also essential.
