About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic caregiver to join our team. As a Personal Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional care to clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to clients on managing their health conditions, medication, and daily living skills.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, progress, and concerns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 months' experience working in Australian aged care facilities.
  • A Police Check (within 12 months) or willingness to obtain one.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one.
  • A First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Reliable transport to travel to different locations.
