**System Integration Specialist Role:**

We are seeking a talented System Integration Specialist to join our team.

As an integral part of our organization, you will play a crucial role in analysing, designing, and documenting technical solutions to meet the needs of a financial services organisation.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and data to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.

- Design and document technical specifications, system workflows, data models, and integration points to ensure a comprehensive understanding of proposed solutions.

- Collaborate with software development teams to provide guidance and clarification on technical requirements, ensuring solutions align with business goals and industry best practices.

- Assist in thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure reliability and functionality of developed systems.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Contribute to development and maintenance of technical documentation, including user guides, system manuals, and training materials.

**Requirements for Success:**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as an IT System Analyst, preferably in financial services industry.

- Solid understanding of financial services processes, regulations, and industry standards.

- Excellent technical documentation skills, with ability to create clear and comprehensive specifications and system documentation.

- Proficiency in analysing complex systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing effective solutions.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Experience with system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting activities.

- Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
