About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service & Grooming Team Leader. As the leader of our Customer Service and Grooming teams, you will be responsible for ensuring that every client receives outstanding service and support.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback and complaints
  • Manage daily operations of customer service, including new customer registrations, bookings, and payments
  • Develop and implement effective processes to improve customer experience and team performance

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience within a customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in managing budgets and resources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
