Aircraft Refueler Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate with the highest standards of safety, security, health, and environment (SSHE) compliance, identifying and reporting SSHE-related matters or incidents, and participating in our company's safety systems and tools.
  • Comply with and maintain the integrity of all our safety and operational standards.
  • Follow the job safety analysis (JSA) for all operational activities.
  • Responsible handling, storage, and movement of aviation products, including into-plane refueling, according to our quality control and operating standards.
  • Correctly record all stock movement and sales.
  • Act promptly in emergency procedures during incidents.
  • Maintain the highest standard of customer service levels as the first point of contact.
  • Participate in training and maintain competency in procedures associated with handling aviation products and into-plane refueling operations.
  • Implement our company's safety and emergency procedures as necessary.
  • Schedule work to ensure timely completion of refueling tasks.
  • Assist with planning vehicles and/or manpower.
  • Input data into the computer system for sales transactions and product movement, including end-of-day reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to follow instructions and work independently.
  • Ability to work shift work, including weekends and holidays.
  • Will to work in inclement weather.
  • No criminal conviction or ability to obtain and hold an aviation security identification card.
