Job Title: Aviation Tanker Driver

The Defence sector is a key area of operation for our team, with us supporting the Australian Defence Force across various locations nationwide. We are seeking qualified Tanker Drivers to join our Operations & Maintenance team at the Williamtown RAAF Base in the NSW Hunter Region.

The Role:

  • Operate fuel tanker trucks around the fuel installation and defence base.
  • Work closely with operators to safely load fuel tank trucks with required fuel.
  • Deliver fuel to designated refuelling points or aircraft on the runway.
  • Operate pumps on tanker trucks to ensure effective delivery of fuel to aircraft.
  • Communicate with internal and external teams to ensure good customer experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a valid MC/HC driver's licence and Dangerous Goods Handling Licence.
  • Have proven experience operating heavy vehicles.
  • Experience in the fuel service and/or defence industry will be highly regarded.
  • Be a strong team player, self-starter, and dedicated employee who can deliver high-quality outcomes.
