Job Summary

HB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee Road Construction Projects and Maintenance Crews in a State Government Organisation. The successful candidate will provide leadership and supervision to State Government Road Construction operations, including Road Construction projects and general maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and supervision to State Government Road Construction operations.
  • Oversee Road Construction projects and general maintenance activities.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate with construction crews, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Civil Construction.
  • Civil construction experience, with a strong understanding of road construction principles and practices.
  • Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or a related field, highly desirable.
  • Certificate IV in Project Management, highly desirable.
  • Construction White Card is mandatory.
