
Family Conflict Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner to join our team and provide FDR services to families post-separation who are experiencing conflict and unable to reach agreements about children or property.
As an FDRP, you will deliver FDR through online video appointments and legally-assisted mediation; apply child inclusive practice as part of the process.
Candidates must be Accredited by the Australian Attorney-General's Department as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, or eligible for accreditation. Tertiary qualifications in law, psychology or social work are also required.
Key skills and qualities include knowledge of family law legislation, understanding of child protection issues, excellent communication, organisation, writing skills and computer literacy.
This is a permanent part-time opportunity working 21 hours per week, with availability to work in the centre on Wednesday across 3 consecutive days.
