Job Title: Communications Advisor

A key role in the Information Management Program is to create simple and effective design solutions that align with IM communication strategies. This includes delivering collateral planned with the Communications and Change teams, including infographics, presentation templates, reports, and print materials.

  • Design and Production: Develop and produce design solutions for communication materials, including presentations, posters, social media graphics, and internal documents. Follow creative briefs to ensure quality results.
  • Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs adhere to department branding guidelines and accessibility requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including the Graphics Team and the Information Management Program, to understand project requirements and deliver on design tasks.
  • Task and Time Management: Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining close communication with the team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for brand consistency, effectively balance creativity with adherence to brand guidelines, and ensure that all communication materials are visually appealing and consistent with the department's standards.

As a Communications Advisor, you will be required to provide a portfolio of design work (min 5 items) with your resume.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a contract up to 30th September 2025, possible extension.
