We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our SAP S4 Hana implementation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple governance forums, overseeing all functional aspects, and ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of solution architects, managing functional escalations, and ensuring effective coordination with stakeholders.
  • Escalation Management: Serve as the primary contact for functional escalations, quickly addressing issues and coordinating resolutions.
  • Project Oversight: Guide the development, delivery, and implementation of major projects on the Equip platform, ensuring alignment with program goals.
  • BAU Transition: Manage the transition of SAP solutions to Business as Usual (BAU), working closely with the service delivery team.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing clear communication and guidance.
  • Architectural Alignment: Ensure adherence to architecture frameworks and roadmaps, and guide projects through governance processes.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and security concerns related to public cloud SAP solutions.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with extensive background in solutions architecture and SAP functional leadership, with proven experience in managing escalations within large-scale SAP S4 projects. You should have expertise in SAP S4 Hana modules and cloud-based solutions, with additional experience in SAP S4 Hana and EAM preferred experience; certifications being advantageous.

You should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
