Leadership Opportunity in Product Originations

This role offers a unique chance to lead a team that maintains and operates platforms for customer-centric solutions. As a leader, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to your team members, driving continuous improvement and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a development team including performance reviews, talent mapping, succession planning, and individual development plans.
  • Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on operational activities, incident resolution, and integration projects.
  • Lead and oversee changes into production, ensuring adherence to ITIL standards and maintaining Secure Stable & Resilient (SSR) standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and seamless integration with other systems and applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience leading people in software development or system configuration efforts.
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and ability to adapt to different project methodologies.
  • Prior experience designing, delivering, and maintaining complex technical solutions, identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Sound documentation and written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to audiences with varying technical understanding.
