Real Estate Sales Specialist

About the Role:
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for maintaining a database of contacts, staying in regular contact with clients, and conducting open homes and private inspections. They will also be expected to prospect the local area via warm/cold calling and door knocking, as well as preparing for and attending appraisals with the agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and vendors
  • Collaborating with agents to achieve sales targets
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • Prior real estate experience is preferred but not essential; however, a great attitude and willingness to succeed in real estate sales are crucial
  • Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
