Thomas Bros, a family-owned, multi-award winning motor vehicle dealership with a rich 80-year history in Wagga Wagga, employs over 120 dedicated staff across Wagga and Cootamundra. We are currently looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to join our Wagga dealership team.

**Role Overview**

As a Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in maintaining and developing customer relationships, guiding clients through the vehicle purchasing process, and presenting finance and insurance options. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building long-term business partnerships to encourage repeat transactions.
- Understanding and exceeding customer needs with expert advice and service.
- Assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles and recommending additional beneficial services.
- Staying informed about product knowledge and market trends.
- Handling all administrative tasks related to sales.
- Maintaining accurate client information in our database.

**Key Info**

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Base Salary: $62,444 PLUS uncapped commission - huge earning potential

**What We're Looking For**
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- An excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and closing deals.
- Proficient in customer relationship management.
- Holder of a current and valid driver's license, with the ability to drive a manual transmission.
