Marketing Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Officer to join our team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our esteemed institution to education and migration agents. Key duties include:

  • Nurturing positive relationships with existing networks of education and migration agents.
  • Identifying and engaging with new agencies, fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Reporting marketing activities to the Sales & Marketing Manager.
  • Crafting compelling marketing collateral to showcase our offerings.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience recruiting international students for vocational education and training courses in Australia.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting international markets.
  • Ability to manage and grow partnerships with education agents and third-party recruiters.
  • A degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, content marketing, SEO, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in a second language other than English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and report on recruitment trends, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
