The role of Senior Resource Development Manager is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative resources that support alternative learning pathways and inclusive practices.
This position plays a key part in the School Improvement Branch within the Curriculum, Teaching and Learning (CTL) team.
- Develop high-quality resources that cater to diverse learners, ensuring alignment with departmental priorities.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across CTL teams, branches, regions, and schools to ensure practical and inclusive resources.
- Develop well-written responses to policy positions, curriculum implementation matters, and correspondence, aligning with departmental goals.
- Facilitate professional learning opportunities for stakeholders to build capacity and understanding of innovative resources and their application in schools.
- Expert knowledge of the Australian Curriculum Version 9 General Capabilities.
- Strong written communication and digital delivery skills, producing high-quality resources tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in facilitating professional learning and engaging stakeholders to build capacity and understanding of curriculum initiatives.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
- Relationship-building skills to foster productive partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement in curriculum implementation.
