Early Careers Speech Pathologist Opportunity in Rehabilitation
2 weeks ago
Immerse yourself in a dynamic role with our partner organisation, providing rehabilitation services to individuals with neurological conditions and developmental disabilities in Western and Northern suburbs.
As an experienced or early-career Speech Pathologist, you will join a multidisciplinary team delivering home visits and community-based services. Your key focus will be on working closely with clients who have acquired neurological conditions, such as cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, and ASD.
The Speech team currently runs dysphagia and videofluoroscopy clinics and provides an in-house AAC consultancy service. This is a full-time position, but we also welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time roles.
We offer flexible work arrangements, including remote work options, to minimize travel time. Your home clinic will be conveniently located to support your needs. Enjoy low KPIs, company-provided car, fuel card, laptop, phone, and commissions, along with a professional development allowance and access to an employee assistance program for counseling and support.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Valid Australian working rights, with consideration for overseas applicants
- Current SPA registration
- A Police Check, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screen will be required for successful candidates
- Experience working within the NDIS system is desired
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence
- Full COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination
We anticipate a salary range of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply. You can submit your CV and cover note to us, and we will review your application carefully.
