
Service Desk Technician

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading automation company as a Service Desk Technician with administration support skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries regarding repairs and field incidents via phone and remote support.
- Triage customer issues, diagnose faults, escalate where required, and provide support until completion.
- Schedule Field Service Engineers to attend to customer issues on-site or via phone or remote support.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and meet internal requests.
- Provide regular updates on the status of incidents.
Requirements:
- Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a technical environment.
- Proficiency in computer software and ability to prepare and interpret technical reports.
- Strong administration experience in a fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
