Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading automation company as a Service Desk Technician with administration support skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries regarding repairs and field incidents via phone and remote support.
  • Triage customer issues, diagnose faults, escalate where required, and provide support until completion.
  • Schedule Field Service Engineers to attend to customer issues on-site or via phone or remote support.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and meet internal requests.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of incidents.

Requirements:

  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a technical environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software and ability to prepare and interpret technical reports.
  • Strong administration experience in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively.
