Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to deliver innovative design solutions across various infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with engineers, designers, and drafters to contribute to high-quality project outcomes through technical expertise and digital delivery methods.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned civil engineer to join our global organisation and pursue new project opportunities while expanding their skills.

  • Deliver civil engineering design solutions for infrastructure projects, including roads, stormwater drainage, earthworks, and water and sewerage systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and develop high-quality designs.
  • Pursue new project opportunities and expand skills within a global organisation.
  • Work with industry-leading peers on a broad range of projects, including Defence, Transport, Water Resources, and Urban Development.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to shape the next generation of engineering talent and build leadership capability.
Requirements

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired:

  • Planning and design of civil infrastructure, including roads and transport, stormwater assets, services/utilities, and earthworks.
  • Technical and non-technical report writing in plain English.
  • A positive, collaborative approach, working with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with design standards and practices for civil infrastructure design, such as QUDM, Qld Main Roads MRTS, and IECA Erosion & Sediment Control.
