We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to support our business success and growth based in Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement civil engineering solutions in line with project requirements, industry standards, and relevant statutory regulations.
  • Develop infrastructure designs for remote and challenging terrain, including process plant platforms, access roads, drainage systems, and associated facilities.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of civil design on each project or study.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and project team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree-qualified Civil Engineer.
  • CPENG/RPEQ certification or working towards chartered status.
  • Proven experience in Earthworks, Roadworks, and Drainage design engineering in a relevant industry.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, 12D, or Civil 3d is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Well-developed communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and influence employees at all levels.
  • Commitment to mentoring and coaching personnel.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
