Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care that coordinates individualized care from admission to discharge. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

The role involves providing detailed documentation of comprehensive and accurate assessments of patients, implementing interventions identified in the plan of care/clinical path, evaluating and recording progress towards expected outcomes, and revising the plan of care as necessary.

Key areas of focus include working within a team environment, promoting teamwork, and demonstrating high-level interpersonal skills. A postgraduate qualification in cardiovascular, neurology, or renal would be highly regarded.
