You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and transparent financial models to support business decision-making
  • Lead the development of comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets
  • Manage cash flow and ensure effective working capital management
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies

About You

As a seasoned financial professional, you will bring a deep understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as a proven ability to think strategically and lead cross-functionally. You will be highly analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Skills & Experience

CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years of experience in financial leadership roles

Strong track record of success in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modeling

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams

Ability to think strategically and provide insightful analysis and recommendations

Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
