Job Title: Beverage Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of casual beverage service associate in our busy restaurant.

Our family-friendly bistro is located in the heart of suburban south-east Melbourne, offering a relaxed atmosphere and extensive menu with daily specials.

As a beverage service associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, and making recommendations on beverages.

You will also maintain a clean and organised work area, including dining tables, service stations, and kitchen areas, and work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring all guests receive exceptional customer service.
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
  • Working collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
  • A Food Handlers Certificate.
  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
