Job Overview

This role is responsible for supporting senior leaders in creating a positive and safe culture within the organization.

The successful candidate will collaborate with HR team members to drive strategic initiatives, enhance employee engagement and compliance, and foster a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor senior leaders on maintaining a positive and safe work environment
  • Provide guidance to HR Advisors on industrial relations matters
  • Lead negotiations for enterprise agreements
  • Offer advice on complex underperformance and misconduct cases
  • Manage workplace investigations and grievance resolution processes
  • Drive improvements to the HR function through collaboration and influencing skills
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
  • Knowledge of National Employment Standards and experience with awards/agreements
  • Solid background in employee relations and conflict resolution
