Senior Employee Relations Specialist

This role is responsible for supporting senior leaders in creating a positive and safe culture within the organization.
The successful candidate will collaborate with HR team members to drive strategic initiatives, enhance employee engagement and compliance, and foster a strong safety culture.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and mentor senior leaders on maintaining a positive and safe work environment
- Provide guidance to HR Advisors on industrial relations matters
- Lead negotiations for enterprise agreements
- Offer advice on complex underperformance and misconduct cases
- Manage workplace investigations and grievance resolution processes
- Drive improvements to the HR function through collaboration and influencing skills
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
- Knowledge of National Employment Standards and experience with awards/agreements
- Solid background in employee relations and conflict resolution
