About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion and meeting customer needs. With a focus on delivering high-quality results, this role requires strong leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders, communicating effectively and promptly addressing concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in software migration projects.
  • Strong understanding of risk and issue management processes, as well as project profitability and commercial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in using project business tools, including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MSProject, and Smartsheet.
