Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production and packaging processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate 3rd party packaging and production planning to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Create and manage work orders and supplier quotes to optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Support compliance with food safety and quality standards by maintaining data flows between our organization and external suppliers.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Process invoices and manage service fees for packaging to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant administration and coordination work history is required.
  • A high level of initiative, drive, and attention to detail is essential for this role.
  • You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with multiple teams.
  • An ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with others is vital.
  • A high level of organizational skills and time management is necessary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Sound computer skills across the Microsoft Suite are required, with exposure to JDE Enterprise One being advantageous.
