The Concierge role presents a unique chance for an individual to be part of a supportive team, focusing on guest services and creating memorable experiences.

This position is responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, and meeting customer expectations. The Concierge will:

- Assist in developing and maintaining exceptional guest service.

- Support day-to-day operations, prioritizing tasks and goals.

- Focus on critical components of operations to drive guest satisfaction and desired results.

- Establish relationships with local attractions, restaurants, and businesses to enhance guests' experiences.

- Respond to emergency situations using established procedures.

- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest problems and complaints.

- Greet every guest and deliver personalized experiences.

- Perform parking and valet services for guests.

- Lift, move, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 22kg without assistance and objects over 35kg with assistance.

- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
