Key Responsibilities- Maintain system reliability by prioritizing and resolving trouble tickets efficiently
- Serve as escalation point and technical troubleshooter for all Systems and problems
- Troubleshoot technical issues on various platforms ranging from Systems through to Power/Mechanical
- Remediate physical layer outages, both Systems & Network
- Participate in Data centre power and cooling events
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. They will work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
