Enterprise Quality and Safety Systems Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and integration of enterprise-wide quality, environmental and safety management systems. This individual will be responsible for aligning these systems with best practices, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements to support our strategic objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated management systems that provide enhanced user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and continuous monitoring of system performance.
  • Maintain controlled documents to ensure they remain current and relevant.
  • Embed management systems requirements in key processes to ensure ongoing compliance and certification.
  • Analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and maintain expert knowledge through continuous professional development.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence others to achieve strategic outcomes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills enabling effective engagement with individuals at all levels.
  • Tertiary qualification in engineering, science, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Deep understanding of the regulatory environment.
  • Over five years of experience in management system development, implementation, and improvement in large and complex organizations.
