Job Title: Strategic Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing and improving existing business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
  • Supporting project planning, execution, and risk assessment for business initiatives.

You will be working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis, including at least 1 year in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of business principles, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, etc.) and familiarity with Agile/project tools (Jira, Asana).
