Job Title

We are seeking a diligent and organized Maintenance Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our aged care home, providing a safe and clean environment for our residents.

The successful candidate will work independently and as part of a team to maintain facilities, equipment, and grounds.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous gardening and maintenance experience, who can demonstrate exceptional time management skills and a strong customer service focus.

About the Role
  • Undertake general day-to-day maintenance activities to a high standard.
  • Ensure all emergency, preventative, and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate contractors working on site when required.
  • Manage maintenance operations at the facility.
About You
  • A background in gardening or maintenance would be advantageous.
  • You will need to have a solid understanding of OHS principles.
  • You will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance is essential.
