About This Role:

We are seeking a Regional Education Growth Specialist to help us grow in South Australia. With over 15 years serving the Australian education sector, we are well known and loved amongst K-12 schools. You will play a key role in driving further success by building and driving conversations within the government school sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging product demonstrations (in person and virtually) to showcase our solutions.

- Work closely with various stakeholders across schools while partnering internally with our Customer Success team to ensure the best school experience for our prospective schools.

- Generate new business opportunities from incoming leads and targeted outbound lead generation.

- Learn, leverage, and contribute to refining our lead generation process.

- Develop a regional sales strategy and execution plan with our Senior Leadership Team & Marketing teams.

- Be responsible for reaching and exceeding quarterly targets for qualified leads, demos, and customers signed.

- Keep up-to-date on our product and participate in regular training & informational sessions.

- Support and attend local and national marketing events.

- Collaborate with our Onboarding and Training Team to bring new Customers onto our Platform quickly and efficiently.

- Maintain your territories pipeline including documenting, tracking, and following up on all active opportunities.

Requirements:

You ideally have been selling to the education sector for some time and understand how schools run. You consult, help, and genuinely have your client's best interest at heart. You love what you do and are keen to join a sales team who support each other.
