Job Overview

Are you a driven professional with a passion for process improvement and people support? We are seeking a HR Administration Specialist to join our dynamic team and take ownership of our People Support Services function.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your HR expertise to a role where your ideas for process improvement and service excellence will be valued and implemented. As the HR Administration Specialist, you'll lead and mentor junior team members, manage employee records and systems, and ensure seamless execution of the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the junior team member
  • Manage end-to-end employee administration lifecycle processes
  • Ensure accurate and timely HR transactions and payroll communications
  • Maintain compliant and up-to-date employee records
  • Oversee onboarding compliance checks and documentation
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years' experience in a similar HR administration role
  • Strong understanding of employment law and NES
  • Proven experience managing employee lifecycle processes
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
