Job Description:
As a Customer Service professional, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to clients in aged care and disability services. Working from our Adelaide city centre location, you will engage with clients over the phone, navigating each conversation with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Building strong relationships with clients through effective communication
- Responding to queries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
Requirements for Success:
We are seeking individuals who possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A willingness to learn new systems and technologies is essential, as is a genuine and caring attitude. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued, particularly in contact centres.
Additional Requirements:
- A current Working with Children Check
- Ability to obtain an NDIS Workers Check
- Full vaccination against COVID-19
