About the Role

As a Senior Property Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tailored credit solutions to clients.

The property services team collaborates with sales teams, central risk teams, and downstream loan documentation and settlement functions to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide and mentor a national team of analysts specialising in commercial property finance, ensuring the delivery of high-quality credit submissions.
  • Oversight of workflow management, coaching, and approval of team deals up to $10 million.
  • Assess counterparty risk for property services and account for delivering agreed service level standards and key performance measures.
  • Identify training and development needs, engage and motivate a high-performing team that is integral to the business's ongoing success.
