Chief Medical Operations Director

We seek a seasoned medical professional to oversee clinical operations of a remote community medical facility.
The Role's Key Responsibilities:- Represent Medical Services with the Health Service Manager to Clients, External Stakeholders, and Community Members.
- Provide Clinical and Strategic leadership to Medical Services of the Medical Centre, Mine Site Clinic, and Camp Site Clinic.
- Direct supervision of Medical Doctors, Intensive Care Paramedic, and Heads of Department (Radiology, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Disease Control, and Lab).
- Undertake clinical responsibilities in the hospital by being actively involved in patient care.
- Coordinate Medical Emergencies, Medical Referrals, and Medical Evacuations according to Standard Operating procedures and MERP.
Requirements for Success:
- Medical degree and current, unrestricted license to practice.
- Minimum ten years of experience in trauma/emergency, occupational health, family medicine, and minimum 5 years leadership or management roles.
- Leadership experience in a medical setting, including remote or resource-limited environments.
- Ability to work under pressure and provide clinical guidance in complex cases.
- Travel allowance, flights, and accommodation provided.
- Onsite housing, meals, and transport.
- Visa and work permit fully arranged and covered.
