Senior Finance Lead

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our finance team and drive business performance. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial systems and processes, providing insights that drive growth, efficiency, and long-term success.

Job Description:

  • Lead a team of finance professionals in achieving organisational goals
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial systems and processes
  • Provide strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting across group and project entities
  • Deliver scenario modelling and investment analysis to support key decisions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA or CPA qualification (essential)
  • Tertiary degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • At least 7 years' experience in finance, including 5+ years in a senior financial or accounting role
  • A background in construction, property development, or project-based environments
