About the Job:

 

  • Develop, implement and manage effective sourcing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless procurement operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain enhancements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings, improve efficiency, and enhance supplier performance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, quality products, and competitive pricing.
  • Analyze market trends and make informed decisions about sourcing opportunities, including supplier consolidation and new market entry.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements that streamline procurement operations.
  • Develop and manage procurement budgets, tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost reduction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimize procurement processes.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing supplier relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
